Lance Merker—President and Chief Executive Officer, Director
Mr. Merker has been president and CEO of OmniUpdate since 2001. Under his leadership, OmniUpdate has become the leading provider of web content management software (CMS) in the higher education marketplace. Prior to OmniUpdate, Mr. Merker held several positions at Mainstay, a publisher of desktop application software. As their Director of Sales and Marketing, Mr. Merker spent more than 10 years leading and managing their sales, marketing, and communications teams. As their Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Merker played a key role in the corporate reorganization from Mainstay to OmniUpdate, repositioning the company's product portfolio from desktop software to web CMS solutions. Mr. Merker is a regular guest speaker on the subject of web CMS and social networking at industry conferences nationwide. He holds a BS and MBA from the University of California, Riverside.
Thomas Nalevanko—Chairman and Executive Vice President Corporate Strategy & Development, Director
Mr. Nalevanko has been OmniUpdate's Chairman and Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Development since 2001. In 1982, Mr. Nalevanko co-founded Mainstay, a leading provider of desktop application software. Under Mr. Nalevanko's leadership, Mainstay rose to the 100th largest software company (SoftLetter 100 ranking, 1993). Mr. Nalevanko has more than 25 years experience in software marketing and development, and has launched more than 15 successful and profitable products. He holds a BSME from Penn State, an MS in Engineering and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Craig Weaver—Chief Financial Officer, Director
Mr. Weaver joined OmniUpdate in 2001 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 15 years of corporate finance and tax accounting experience to the company's executive team. Between 1991 and 2000, Mr. Weaver was a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he worked in the Internet Technology Group with many dot-com pre-IPOs. Mr. Weaver is a CPA and holds his MBA from the University of California, Riverside, where he continues to teach as an adjunct professor.
Yves Lempereur—Chief Technical Officer
Mr. Lempereur has been OmniUpdate's Chief Technical Officer since 2001 and holds the primary development role in the organization's web CMS technology. Between 1982 and 2001, Mr. Lempereur played a leadership role in the technical development of many successful Mainstay products. He invented the BinHex4 (hqx) protocol for the Macintosh in 1985. An Internet visionary, Mr. Lempereur helped to create several breakthrough products, and continues to guide OmniUpdate's technological advancements. Mr. Lempereur holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from I.S.I.E.M. in Belgium.
Michael Monina—Vice President of Sales
Mr. Monina has been with OmniUpdate since 2001 and has been instrumental in developing the company's higher education distribution channel. Having consistently generated an average 80% increase in quarterly sales, he has helped to move the company into an industry leadership position. Prior to OmniUpdate, Mr. Monina spent 15 years in sales and marketing with innovative high-tech companies and was the founding Director of Sales for a successful start-up company providing a patented technology for interactive voice response. In that role, he developed several vertical markets, a successful reseller channel and managed a sales team that generated more than $10 million per year.
Carol Clements—Director of Marketing
Ms. Clements joined OmniUpdate in 2007, coming to the role with more than 20 year of marketing and communications experience. Prior to OmniUpdate, Ms. Clements was Vice President of Marketing or Communications at companies such as Countrywide, Keenan & Associates, AEGON, and Transamerica. In each role, she helped to significantly grow the organization's block of business. In addition, she ran her own successful marketing consultation business, WOW Communication Services, where she worked with clients in the education, insurance, technology, and healthcare fields. She holds her BA from University of Illinois and her MBA from National University.

Ray Woolson
Mr. Woolson has been an OmniUpdate board member since November 2001. He is the founder and president of Apogee Group, Inc., a management consulting and investment advisory services firm. Prior to this role, Mr. Woolson held notable positions in the insurance industry. He holds a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the University of Virginia.
Leo Corbett
Mr. Corbett has been an OmniUpdate board member since April 2001. He is a Managing Partner of Zephyr Internet Partners and is also Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of EMI Music Publishing. Previous to these roles, Mr. Corbett led marketing at Prudential Insurance Company and was a Managing Director at both Lehman Brothers and Salomon Brothers. He holds a BA and MBA from Harvard University.
Donald Kerr
Mr. Kerr has been an OmniUpdate board member since June 2001. He is a Senior Vice President with the Banking and Capital Markets Group of Booz Allen Hamilton and a member of the firm's Board of Directors. Mr. Kerr has worked exclusively with financial services companies throughout the world, dealing with a full array of retail, wholesale and capital markets businesses. He holds a BA from John Hopkins University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
