Easy to set up and administer, OU Campus offers a powerful Groups Based Access system to allow the right people to edit the right pages. Partial-page editing and "Selective Content" editing offers fine-grain level of access to specific parts of pages.
User Roles Based Permissioning
Granular permissioning controls what features are accessible to each user. Eleven permission levels give you the control you need to ensure each user has the power they need to contribute to the web site.
Scheduled Publishing
Allows users with publishing authority to easily schedule exact times and dates for edited pages to go live.
Content Expiration
Allows users with publishing authority to remove, replace, and redirect content at exact times and dates.
Scheduled Reminders
Allows any user the ability to schedule a reminder email to be sent to them when a web page becomes "stale." This powerful feature helps keep time sensitive pages current.
Email Notification
The workflow/approval process triggers email notifications to the appropriate users as pages are sent out for approval and as they are authorized or declined. No matter where your users are (at home, on the road, etc.) they will be notified by email of tasks to which they must attend.
Content Check-In / Check-Out
Multiple content contributors can be responsible for content that exists on any page. OU Campus automatically locks pages when they are checked-out for editing, and automatically checks pages back in when they are published.
Content Repurposing
Content additions and changes will be reflected automatically to any number of associated pages. OU Campus makes it easier than ever to make global changes to headers, footers, navigation areas, and more.
